The exhibition area can accommodate approx. 100 exhibitors in the RDS. Join us at Xposé Xmas Xperience.

COST

Main Floor: Space Only. Cost €250 per Sq. Metre

Balcony: Space Only. Cost €160 per Sq. Metre

Back Wall: €25 per Linear Metre

Stand Fitting, including 2 Spots: €40 per Sq. Metre

Stand Fitting is mandatory on all perimeter stands and on all stands of 9 sq. metres or less.

Additional electrics, and electrics for Space Only stands, are not included and may be ordered separately via the exhibitor’s manual if required.

Fashion Boulevard  SOLD OUT

The Fashion Boulevard is now SOLD OUT however there are limted stands still available in the Fashion Zones. Book now to avoid disappointment!

TERMS

25% Deposit on bookings received by 1st August 2010

33% Deposit on bookings received after 1st August 2010

Balance of payment due by 1st October 2010

100% on Bookings received after 1st October 2010

HOW TO BOOK A STAND

Stands may be reserved by completing and returning the Application for Space Form, together with the appropriate booking deposit. The Application for Space Form is available from our sales team.

STAND FITTING

A range of stand fitting options are available, please ask a member of our sales team for more details.

UK EXHIBITORS

UK Exhibitors and Non-Euro Zone Exhibitors are advised to pay in Euro by Euro Draft or Bank Transfer. Irish VAT must be paid and reclaim forms will be provided.
